Please Note: The deadline for returning this form and payment is 5 p.m. Friday, March 26, 2010. No entries will be allowed after this deadline. There is a $200 booth fee that must be paid ahead of time.

Cotton District Arts Festival Artisans' Village Application

Entries must be received by February 28, 2010. to be considered "on-time" and to be included in the Festival Program published in the April 16 edition of Starkville Daily News.

All entries received after February 28 will be considered based on available space. Entries should include a completed Artisans' Village application, $65 booth fee for on-time applicants, $75 for late applicants, and a photograph of a sample booth or work. Photographs may be a JPEG file emailed to lburton@garan.com. Acceptance is based on information submitted, and notifications will be mailed no later than March 15, 2010. Mississippi Craftsman Guild members and previous SAAC CDAF award winners (Juried Artists or Artisans' Village) are automatically accepted when the application is completed by the entry deadline of February 28, 2010.
