BANNER AD PLACEMENT:
Two banner ad locations are available on the home page and on the opening section page of each of the following links: Starkville Community, Economic Development, Chamber of Commerce, Tourism, Retirement, About the Partnership, Become a Member, Contact Us.

Each of the pages listed above are programmed so that 2 banner ads are pulled randomly from the current advertising contracts and displayed each time a visitor links to a page or "refreshes" in their browser window. This placement protocol allows each advertiser an equal opportunity for exposure on starkville.org. It also gives each advertiser an increased opportunity for exposure on multiple pages as a visitors moves throughout the site.

Banner ads will go online the first working day of the month following the receipt of your Web Advertising Agreement and payment.

BANNER ADVERTISING INCLUDES:
1. Your banner ad graphic with a click-through to your website
2. Complimentary link onBanner Advertisers webpage at starkville.org to include banner ad graphic, contact information and a 50-word description of your business or service.

BANNER AD COSTS:
3-month* (minimum contract) = $300
6-month (paid quarterly) = $600
[discounted 5% if paid in full prior to start of advertising contract]
12-month (paid quarterly) = $1200
[discounted 10% if paid in full prior to start of advertising contract]

* 3-month advertising contracts must be pre-paid [prior to banner appearing on website]. Payment will be due in 3 month increments for ads extending after the first 3-month period or running for 6 month and 12 month periods [if not paid in full at the beginning of the agreement].

BANNER AD SUBMISSIONS:
Ads may be emailed to scheatham@starkville.org, dropped off on disk at the Partnership office or mailed on disk to the Partnership, attn. Susan Cheatham, 200 East Main St., Starkville, MS 39759 along with Web Advertising Agreement. You may download the Web Advertising Agreement here.

Banner design and development can be produced at a fee of $35 per banner ad if you are unable to provide your own files. This service will be billed directly to the advertiser by Dux D'Lux Advertising. TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Payment for advertising is due in full before advertising is put into place -- payment must be made by the 22nd of the month prior to ad being displayed or continued. Example: Your banner ad begins October 1 -- the first 3 months are pre-paid, to run the ad for an additional 3 months, payment is due December 22nd and so forth. Checks will be payable and mailed to Greater Starkville Development Partnership, 200 East Main St., Starkville, MS 39759.

BANNER AD SUBMISSION DEADLINES:
Web Advertising Agreement and Ad Design deadlines are the 15th of the month prior to the ad being put online. Ads will be added to the website at the 1st working day of each month.

Final deadline for receipt of complete banner ad files is the 22nd of the month prior to the ad being put online [should the 22nd fall on a Saturday or Sunday, the ad will be due the Friday prior to the 22nd].
