Oktibbeha County government is managed by five supervisors elected for four-year terms from five county districts. Supervisors are responsible for the funding and oversight of all county departments including courts, law enforcement, welfare and health departments, road construction and maintenance, and other operations. A County Administrator handles the day-to-day operation.
