The spook is back! Starkville’s annual Downtown harvest-fest returns to Main Street on Friday, October 9 as part of the New South Weekends series. Plans for the evening of family fun are in full swing as we prepare for one of the community’s most anticipated fall events. This year’s Pumpkinpalooza will welcome the annual MSU Pep Rally, as well as a meet-and-greet with the MSU men’s and women’s basketball teams and coaches. Kids will have the opportunity to trick-or-treat with players and Downtown merchants as well as enjoy a spooky slate of fun activities for the entire family! Here’s what’s happening…
- MSU Pep Rally
The Bulldog spirit squads join us on Main Street for a Pep Rally beginning at 6:00pm
- Meet and Greet with MSU Basketball teams and coaches
Meet the coaches and trick-or-treat with players beginning immediately following the Pep Rally at 6:30pm!
- Pumpkin Patch
Find the “Great Pumpkin” in the patch set up right on Main Street with locally grown pumpkins and mums from Lancaster Farms and Busy Bee Nursery.
- Inflatable Jumpers
- Spooky Music from Thurlow’s Party to Go
