Magnolia Independent Film Festival

Super Bulldog Weekend
Share the Maroon and White excitement at annual "Spring Homecoming Super Bulldog Weekend" featuring SEC Baseball, SEC Softball, and the famous pig-cooking contest. MSU Ticket Office: (662) 325-2600

International Fiesta
Starkville is home to a diverse community. This is the time of the year when the various cultures are celebrated. Everyone is invited to taste the food, join the dancing, and be a part of this world party. Admission is free. Cotton District Arts Festival and Taste of Starkville
You'll be impressed by the talent at Starkville's annual arts festival, held the 4th Saturday in April in Starkville's historic Cotton District, where all areas of the fine arts are featured. Spring Fever Concert
Crowds of music lovers gather at The Junction on MSU's campus for an outdoor concert featuring bluegrass, country, and rock 'n roll bands. Co-sponsored by Music Makers and MSU's Student Association.

Art in the Garden

MSU Piano Showcase

Old Fashioned Family Fourth of July

Sturgis South Motorcycle Rally

MSU Holiday Bazaar
Holiday shopping is made fun and easy at MSU's yearly Christmas fair featuring over 50 artisans displaying all types of handmade goods, from woodwork and pottery, to jewelry and clothes. Admission is free. (662) 325-2930



DECEMBER
Annual Christmas Parade and Open House
Begin your holiday festivities by joining the entire community on Main Street for our annual Christmas Parade featuring floats, community groups, marching bands, and jolly Old Saint Nick himself. Enjoy the lighting of the community Christmas tree. Area retail stores hold Open House events and holiday sales.
