Starkville Main Street is very excited to include the Starkville Community Market in its program of work! With local growers, food producers and artisans showcasing their wares, this weekly farmer’s market is your source for locally grown and crafted food and products. In addition to top quality vendors sharing fresh produce, live plants, baked goods and various arts for sale, we have planned cooking and gardening demonstrations, how-to sessions, kids activities, live music and more to make each Saturday at the Market a fun family affair!

The 2015 Starkville Community Market season promises to be full of all the fresh, locally grown and crafted goodness you look forward to each year! Now, in our new location at Fire Station Park, there is room for even more local vendors, plus kids activities, live music and more. This year’s Market season will feature “first Saturday” theme events including culinary or gardening demonstrations and other activities. June is Market Dairy month, and you can look forward to Melon Mania in July — just in time for Independence Day festivities!
Parking for Starkville Community Market is available at Bankfirst Financial Services, College Park Shopping Center, Renasant Bank and Bancorp South lots, as well as limited street-side parking on University Drive. Fire Station Park is fully handicapped accessible, and handicapped parking is located at the north end of the College Park Shopping Center parking lot with sidewalk ramps and cross walks leading into the park.
