We are happy to host another free self defense clinic at Downtown Martial Arts Academy on September 10th! We will start at 2:00, and spend two hours discussing skills and strategies to help protect you and your loved ones. This clinic will include hands-on practice. Everyone over the age of 12 is welcome to attend. Please let us know if you or friends are planning to participate.
