The Starkville Community Market wrapped up its 2021 Summer season on Saturday, July 31. The market saw 5,327 customers, which nearly surpassed both the summer and fall attendance total of 2020.

In the past two years, the market vendor database has more than doubled, with 55 vendors submitting applications so far in 2021.

The Starkville Community Market is umbrellaed under the Starkville Main Street Association, and is directed by a 14-member advisory board. Volunteers, sponsors, musicians, and programming support are always welcome.

In addition to the customer attendance this year, the Starkville Community Market appreciates the generosity of its 21 sponsors for their financial support this year. A full list can be found on the market website.

The market accepts vendor applications year-round. There is no fee for produce-specific vendors, and a mileage stipend is available for those interested in selling at the Starkville Community Market.

An announcement regarding plans for the Fall season will be made soon. In the meantime, be sure to follow the market on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
