Getting a massage is a wonderful experience that improves your overall wellbeing. What good is that when you can’t get one when you need it? Libby and John Grantham’s plan for Modern Mode Aqua Spa stemmed from this idea.
“We’ve always had a desire to invest in Starkville,” said Libby Grantham.
The couple loved getting massages when they would travel for work, and after seeing the unique aqua spa for the first time, they knew it was an excellent option.
“It’s hard to get a same-day massage,” said Grantham. “We visited places with aqua spas and thought, ‘Why don’t we get those?’”
In November of 2019, the Cotton Crossing Shopping Center business was established. Customers can walk in after a long day and undergo a unique experience most have never heard of.
With sessions ranging from 15-45 minutes, patrons can fit the relaxing experience into their own schedules. Walk in or make an appointment with the local business, and they will be happy to accommodate you.
There are two aqua spas at Modern Mode. The spa unit is comprised of 36 warm water jets that gently massage the body. Customers lay in the machine fully clothed and a water canopy prevents them from getting wet. You can choose “full-body” or focus on the area of your body in greatest need of relief for a customized approach.
All of the bonuses from a regular massage are available with the aqua spa. Experience relief from soreness and pain as well as increased circulation. Modern Mode strives to educate its customers on the process and benefits.
The Gathering Room lets customers book the whole spa for an hour with coworkers, friends, or family.
